The Nottingham in the World of HOOD is a city divided – the rich inside the Wall and the poor left to fend for themselves on the outside. It’s not just the citizens who are divided, but also their sources of news and perceptions of what’s “really” going on in both the Inner and Outer Circles. Which is why we’re bringing you both sides of the story from dueling sources Nottingham News (a mouthpiece for the state) and Outlaw Radio (the voice of the rebellion).
